Adam is the owner of Spines. He also works at another Physio clinic where he has been an associate for the last 11 years. After qualifying from Birmingham University in 2000 he worked in the NHS for 5 years for Dudley hospitals. He is married with 3 children.
James qualified in 2006 from Coventry University. He has worked for an associated clinic for 8 years where he has worked with a variety of private and NHS patients. James uses acupuncture, a variety of manual therapies, electrotherapy treatments and kinesiology taping.
Arti qualified from Wolverhampton in1994. Having
completed her junior rotations at Dudley Group she went onto work in Eastbourne
for 5 years as Intensive care and medicine senior lead. In 2000 she returned back
to the Midlands where she changed her career direction and continued in the
musculoskeletal field. She has worked in the Dudley borough since 2000 at both
the Corbett Hospital and the latter years in the community outpatient setting.
She has a special interest in treating patients with headaches and Migraines
and has done several courses with consultant headache and migraine specialist

Stuart Elwell has a excellent background underpinning his physiotherapy
Since qualifying in 2002 from
Coventry University, he started work in the NHS where he became department lead
for Gym and Hydrotherapy Services. Whist here, Stuart worked with Team
GB's Athletic, Boxing, Handball and Football squads leading into the
London 2012 Olympics, before leaving to work in professional football. In 2007, Stuart took on a role with
West Bromwich Albion Football club, developing their academy medical services
before moving onto working with their First Team Squad, delivering
Physiotherapy and Performance Rehabilitation. Whilst working in several different
environments, Stuart continued to work in the private sector and since 2012 has
been working independently, providing physiotherapy, rehabilitation and
lifestyle management services to elite athletes and the general public.
In addition to his clinical work, Stuart lectures across Europe for Functional
Louise has been working as a Holistic Therapist for the past 9 years studying at Body Balance and Stourbridge college, working mainly as a mobile therapist. She worked voluntarily until recently as a therapist at the Whitehouse cancer support Dudley. All of her treatments can be adapted to suit the individual needs of a client using quality essential oils. Her aim as a Holistic Therapist is to provide a feeling of relaxation, easing anxiety and stress.
Her sessions are Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
Andy is our experienced and highly trained sports masseur who has practiced from a local gym over the last ten years. He started working with the team back in May and is complementing the treatment and management of our patients.
His sessions are Monday and Thursdays late afternoon and early evenings.

Nick is a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist ( Prof. Dip Therapeutic Counselling) and individual member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. (BACP).
I have a wealth of experience as a practitioner working with adults and adolescents (11-18) with various emotional and behavioral issues. In addition to this I have a solid background in the fields of mentoring and Coaching.
